This project is designed for a top-tier Chinese Fortune 500 company, focusing on creating a highly efficient production workshop. A key feature of this project is the innovation in the traditional electrical distribution system. Given the high ceiling structure of the workshop, the standard top-down power distribution method proved to be inadequate. Therefore, we adopted an innovative approach: using floor-standing brackets to install and support the busbar system.
The busbar, as an advanced electrical distribution system, is highly flexible and reliable. It is designed to provide a continuous power supply while minimizing the risk of electrical faults. In our design, the busbars are strategically placed throughout the workshop to ensure that all production equipment can easily access power. By precisely calculating the power requirements and layout of each piece of equipment, we optimized the layout of the busbars for efficient energy management and distribution.
Furthermore, considering potential technological upgrades and production line expansions in the future, our design maintains sufficient flexibility. The busbar system can be adjusted and expanded to accommodate new production requirements and equipment upgrades.
In terms of safety, we paid special attention to electrical and operational safety. The design and installation of the busbar system comply with international electrical standards and are equipped with multiple safety measures, including overload protection and short-circuit protection. The structure of the floor-standing brackets was precisely calculated to ensure they can support the weight of the busbars and connected equipment while maintaining stability and safety.
During the implementation of the project, we closely collaborated with the workshop's operational team to ensure the busbar system's installation and configuration seamlessly integrated into the existing production process. Additionally, we provided detailed training on the use and maintenance of the system to ensure that workshop personnel could effectively operate and maintain this new system.

Mechanical Assembly Workshop
This project is tailor-made for a leading enterprise in the printing machinery sector, focusing on the electrical distribution and management in their assembly workshop. After thoroughly understanding the client's needs, we recognized the necessity for a power distribution solution that is both aesthetically pleasing and functional, without compromising the overall visual appeal of the workshop.
To achieve this goal, we implemented an innovative power distribution method through a hidden busbar system design. This clever design strategically conceals the busbars behind the crane paths, rendering the power lines virtually invisible. As the power is transmitted to specific locations, our conversion equipment efficiently distributes it from the busbars to the distribution boxes below, ensuring both elegance and efficiency in power distribution.
Considering the high power demand of the workshop, we proposed a combination of compact and air-type busbar systems. The compact busbars are suitable for high-load circuits (above 600A), while the air-type busbars are more suited for lower loads (below 500A). This dual system not only optimizes the efficiency of power distribution but also enhances the overall safety and reliability of the system. To facilitate a seamless connection between the two types of busbars, we utilized our own high-performance connection products, which guarantee circuit safety while significantly reducing costs for the client.
Moreover, the entire process from order placement to project delivery was completed in just 10 days, a remarkably swift timeline in the industry. This not only demonstrates our exceptional production efficiency but also reflects the professionalism and strict time management of our construction team.
